To this day, there has been a debate on what kind of animal pokemon Lugia is supposed to be. Some say he's a dragon, some say he's a bird, but in my mind, he's a sea-beast with MAINLY bird-like qualities (he DOES have feathers- the Silverwing IS a feather).
I first thought it were a photo, that`s how realistic it looks!
